Gastric carcinoma is one of the most common cancers worldwide. If the tumor is resectable, surgical approach is the only treatment which might have a curative intent. This article intends to review the evidence towards the use of chemotherapy, radiotherapy and chemoradiotherapy in the neoadjuvant setting.
